White Slip Wishbone Bowl
Pottery bowl in White Slip I ware; handmade; hemispherical bowl with round base and up-tilted wishbone handle attached one side just below the rim; made in reddish-brown clay with a thick white slip; dark brown painted decoration consists of an encircling framed wavy line decoration just under the rim with groups of three parallel lines hanging vertically from the frieze; repaired from fragmenst with part of the rim reconstituted.
