
Geometric II
Bowl
Bowl: A hemispherical wide bowl, convex sides, plain rim, a ring foot and two opposed horizontal loop handles on the body below the rim. The bowl is decorated in black on red paint or White Painted II or III type with two horizontal dark brown bands along the lower part of the exterior body. The zone above these bands has a decoration of three small concentrics on each side of the bowl. One of the circles has significantly faded. The flat circular rim is grooved in its exterior side with thre widely spaced grooves is painted in dark brown and so are the handles. The interior base has decoration of brown concentric circles.
