Bowl
Bowl: A wide handless bowl with a tall ring base and a circular rim, rather clumsily made and decorated. The bowl has White Painted decoration of a creamy surface and dark brown paint which is rather grainy and which seems to have bursted during the firing process. In the exterior body there is thick dark brown circular band along the upper wall. Inside a broad band on the rim, also on the upper wall and three narrower circular bands around a central dot on the floor. The clay is pinkish buff with some grit and evenly fired soft. The overall surface has a greenish finish. There are some small cracks at the bottom and the interior of the base. (Overall: 75 mm x 173 mm) - Made of Pottery Culture: Cypro-Geometric I
