Red Polished Juglet
Pottery juglet in Red Polished III ware; handmade; depressed ovoid body on a round base; tall narrow neck with a funnel rim (chipped); single handle from rim to shoulder; buff clay covered with a dark reddish-orange polished slip; incised decoration: pendant leaf-like panels filled with horizontal lines; between these are hatched lozenges; bands of horizontal lines on the base and neck; traces of lime (?) remain in the incisions; slipped and polished; worn and chipped in places.
