Pottery jug in Red Polished I ware; hand-made; piriform body and a flat base; elongated neck with cutaway spout; round handle from spout base to shoulder; applied belt at base of neck; applied snake decoration either side of neck from base of spout to handle; light red surface, slipped and polished.
