Limestone Votary Statue
Head of limestone statue of a male votary wearing a wreath of laurel (or myrtle) leaves, ivy leaves and berries. Oval face with prominent cheekbones and lips arranged in a slight smile; the eyes are defined by ridges. The hair on the top of the head is rendered as a series of long, straight locks, while the fringe below the line of the wreath consists of a series of snail-curls. Much of the nose is brokwn away, and the central part of the wreath is also damaged and worn in places, especially in the lower part.
