Bichrome Red Jug
Pottery jug in a Bichrome/Bichrome Red ware; wheel-made; globular body on a ring base; short conical neck with an everted funnel mouth; single strap handle, arching from shoulder to rim. Made of orange-buff clay covered with a semi-lustrous red slip and decorated with white bands aruond the neck, body and base. Slip worn in many places, and parts of the surface are cracked or pitted.
