Bichrome Ware Oinochoe
Pottery jug in Bichrome ware; wheel-made; globular-biconical body on a slightly raised, concave beneath; tall cylindrical neck with plain, incurving rim; short conical spout at the shoulder; high looped handle from shoulder to rim; pale buff clay and slip, decorated in red and black paint: horizontal bands around the lower body and neck, pair of eyes flanking the spout on the shoulder, stylised trees on the shoulder, red stripe with short bars at intervals on the handle, irregular patch of purple-black paint behind spout, flanked by two ladder motifs.
