Pottery Base Ring II jug; hand-made; rim flaring and indented on exterior edge; neck tapering; relief ridge at neck to body join; body slightly piriform with low flaring ring base; vertical strap handle from upper neck to shoulder decorated with two incised lines down exterior; neck and body decorated in white paint with horizontal, vertical and diagonal sets of five lines executed with multiple brush tool; thin, matt, mottled red to dark brown slip; fabric reddish brown; lime spalling on surface.
