Pottery White Slip II jug; hand-made; concave tapering neck with slightly flaring rim; trefoil mouth; high strap handle from rim to shoulder; globular body; slightly concave flattened base; thick light greyish buff slip; matt dark brown paint; neck decorated with three sets of thin double lines framed by thicker lines; band at neck base; lattice band on shoulder with pendant alternating lattice bands and hatched lozenge bands; off-centre frontal motif of double hatched lozenge band framed by single lozenge rows; handle with zig-zag of double thin lines framed by thick lines; paint on neck interior of double vertical lines framed by thick lines.
