Chlorite Engraved Jar

Chlorite small jar; drilled, ground and polished; cylindrical neck with slightly rounded shoulder and a long convex body tapering to a low cylindrical disc base; two angular lug handles on shoulders, drilled horizontally; decorated with engraved horizontal geometric bands; a hatched band above a hatched zig-zag band on the neck, a cross-hatched band around the shoulder, a framed double zig-zag on the lower body and two bands, one hatched, on base; the handles are also engraved with elongated rhomboids running down handle exterior and body of jar, one with radiating curly lines, the other with radiating straight lines.
