Limestone head of bearded male votary with wreath of leaves

The face, with a short beard and a drooping, delicately combed mustache, is that of an elderly man. The deep lines on the cheekbones, the forehead, and around the deep-set eyes surmounted by thick eyelids confirm his age. WebPub GR 2012 Cesnola: 11 × 6 3/4 × 8 1/2 in., 20 lb.
