The British Museum Collection

One of the most visited and loved museums in the world, the British museum, hosts a large collection of Cypriot antiquities.

These are browsable online, but I find the website not as user friendly as it can be, and searches for Cypriot wares yield thousands of fragments or pieces of little interest to most.

On AncientCypriot, we host a subset of these that are more interesting, just over 2000 of them, focusing on the Bronze through to the Archaic. We hope you enjoy browsing them!
