The Ashmolean Museum
The Ashmolean Museum is host to one of the largest Cypriot collections in the world, with over 7000 registered artifacts. Many of these are small sherds or fragments, however well over 2000 are of incredibly quality.
We host this collection on our Catalogue. Much of the collection is thanks to Sir John Linton Myres, who brought back these items during the British Excavations of Cyprus in the 1880s and 1890s.
The collection can be seen at https://www.ashmolean.org/cyprus.
