Man with leaf wreath The head of a young, wrnant man was part of a votive statuette.The elongated, oval face has a low forehead, a long, pointed nose and a slightly protruding, short chin;The emerging eyes are formed almond -shaped, the brow arches are plastically specified;The mouth, which is only slightly smiling, is closed.Four rows of small, schematic curls frame the face, above it is a headband with a stylized leaf wreath;The short hair on the top is roughly carried out by scratch lines.Remains of the original red painting are still preserved on the lips, in the nostrils and on the leaf wreath.Bernhard-Walcher and others, the Cypricer Antique Collection in the KHM.Collection catalogs of the KHM Vol. 2, Vienna 1999 H. 11,5 cm
