Amphora Fragments
Amphora Fragments: Neck, rim and one sherd from large White Painted III amphora with two vertical handles sharting from the base of the neck and extending onto the rim. The neck has decoration of two side panels made up of three vertical lines and a chevron design. In the middle of these two side panels there is a panel made up of vertical lines and a cross hatched lozenges design. The neck has beeen joined together by many sherds and is in a poor condition. (Overall: 190 mm x 430 mm) - Made of Pottery Culture: Cypro-Geometric III
