Limestone figure of griffin devouring its prey; the figure sits on a low base of irregular height; the anatomical details are crudely executed, with wings and mane rendered with rough parallel incisions; between its claws, the beast holds an indeterminate object, probably its prey; traces of red and black paint on the wings, mane, paws and base; currently mounted on a high limestone pedestal.
