Archaic II
Snake Head Silver Bracelet
Open-ended two-part silver bracelet with round profile probably produced by beating a strip of metal into shape; terminals in the form of snake heads; silver much corroded so few details are visible but snake bodies appear to have angular anatomical details; remains of a hinge on the end of one part of the bracelet, the end of the other part is flat and appears to be broken; small holes drilled into one side of each part just below the head of the snake, possibly for a dowel to attach it to its pair.
