Terracotta Female Votary Figurine
Terracotta figurine of a female votary; hollow, mould-made, plain back; the woman is standing frontally, clutching her breasts; she wears a long robe which extends to the ankles (feet extend prominently) over which is a shorter garment (or over-fold) to mid-thigh level; oval pointed face with a prominent pointed nose; her hair is secured with a wide band or diadem; earrings visible; made of thick buff clay, traces of red paint on the shoulders, surface details very worn.
