Bronze Strigil
Bronze scraper or strigil in the form of an elongated scoop and large loop handle; narrow, lower part of rectangular handle is attached to scraper vith a elongated palmette motif framed by incised parallel lines; upper part of handle attached to scraper is wider with slightly concave sides; metal much corroded and both end of scraper and of loop handle are missing. Dimensions: Width: 1.50 - 2 centimetres upper handle ; Length: 17 centimetres; Width: 0.50 centimetres lower handle Object Type: strigil Techniques: beaten; incised; cast
