Silver Snake Head Bracelet
Open-ended silver bracelet with round profile; over-lapping terminals in the form of snake heads; bracelet comprises two semi-circular parts connected by a hinge (intact but broken); snake bodies have angular anatomical details, possibly beaten or cast, and shallow incised or cast details such as scales and eyes; incised tree-like motive on throat of both snale heads; the terminals have been joined with a dowel running right through the snakes' necks in a metal similar to the original.
