Painted Limestone Statuette
Painted pink limestone statuette of man wearing pointed (Cypriot) hood, chiton and himation with a red border. The smooth chiton widens to a cone shape at the bottom. The himation has a border which runs from approximately the right knee to the left shoulder. His right arm was across his chest, the left arm by his side. Long hair at back painted black. Flat back. Traces of black and red paint. The rear is flat, and not carefully rendered. Very worn and stained brown.
