Four-Horse War Chariot Model
Terracotta model of a four-horse war chariot; handmade with modelled and painted details; the driver and passenger are dressed as warriors, while the remains of the third - possibly a shield-holder - are visible to the left of the two preserved figures. Both wear pointed caps or helmets, with cheeck flats which are lowered and secured around the neck. The modeleld details on the horses include elaborate bridling and decorative tassles hanging from their neck. Traces and red and black paint. on the bodies of the horsesm and on the faces and hair of the two men.
