Description:

Pottery lentoid flask; Red Lustrous Wheel-made ware; wheel-made; very long, thin and slightly tapering neck; rolled rim with pointed profile; one vertical handle from upper neck to shoulder; slightly off centre; one side of the body is slightly convex with a low nipple in the centre, the other side, which also has the handle attached, is deeply convex and almost conical; reddish self-slip and clay; multi-directional burnishing with incomplete coverage.
