Pottery juglet or spindle bottle in Base Ring ware; hand-made; spindle-shaped body on a conical ring base; curving shoulders; tall narrow neck with an everted rim; strap handle from shoulder to mid-neck with neck-ridge when they join; made of fine bugg clay with a burnished surface fired orange to brown; surface worn in places.
