White Painted String-hole Bottle
Pottery bottle in White Painted String-hole Style; handmade; globular body with rounded base and long narrow neck bifurcating to two cutaway mouths with crimped edges; split handle from lower neck to shoulder; two pairs of string-hole projections on either side of the neck at the base and under the rims; buff clay with lustrous pale brown slip; painted decoration in dark brown comprises latticed diamond and latticed panel decoration.
