Terracotta jar
Cypriot pottery is well formed and well fired. As this example demonstrates, the decoration capitalizes on the clean lines of the shapes and makes greater use of color than contemporary Greek fabrics. Such jars are found exclusively in tombs. H. 15 7/16 in. (39.2 cm)
