These earrings, found on Cyprus, reflect the style and taste prevalent throughout the Hellenistic world, notably in the use of animal figures. Constructed of twisted gold wire, they are embellished with beryl and garnet beads, and finials in the shape of dolphin heads. Other: 1 3/4 in. (4.4 cm)
